In a recent post I shared a simple practice to start to connect to the womb space.

Following on from that then here is the next step.

If you have spent the last week or so, or even few days connecting to your womb space, that space just below your belly button; by placing your hands here and simply being- then great! 

Step 2 is to start to bring some life into this space. And this is done like this:

Place your hands on your womb space, that space just below the belly button. Sit in silence and feel what you can feel here. What stirs deep within you. What emotions, what thoughts, what is lying dormant here, what is waiting to be heard or released in some way. Who are you really in this space?

Now breathe deeply into this space. So deeply that you stick out the lower half of your tummy. Feel into that expansion. And then release slowly with an open mouth. Do this 10 or 12 times. And just allow the in breath to give you healing and life and the out breath to be the letting go.

If emotions arise that is okay, allow them to rise and fall with the breath.

And that is it for now.

Try this for say 7-10 days every day and see how you feel. 

And then we move on…..
