Please read below so you have a clear idea of how we shall connect

1.All sessions unless otherwise agreed take place on Skype or Zoom. On wifi these are free, on phone there may be call charges, this is for you to be aware and mindful of when connecting in. This is not Amber’s responsibility. Any charges incurred by not following this advice or misreading the sign up information is not Amber’s responsibility 

2. If you arrive to a call more than 20 mins late the call shall be cancelled with no refund. You shall then need to re arrange and arrange payment again

3. To confirm a call payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed

 4.All rituals and healings shared are shared with utmost love and in total faith in the work.  You retain control over your own well being at all times, this includes ensuring medical checks and medication are adhered to

5. There are no refunds for any of the sessions/programmes. We believe 100% in the work and know that when followed and honoured huge shifts happen. If you do not engage in the work then you shall get a limited result. Amber does not take responsibility for this

6. Amber holds the right to cancel sessions at any time for any form of disrespectful behaviour on email, phone or in person. 

7. There is a 24 cancellation notice period after which the full amount is payable 

8. Please note the cost of the guidance journey for the core wound and life purpose programmes is £111, this fee is waived as part of the agreement we shall work together. Should you change your mind after the work has been created for you the fee is payable in full to honour Amber’s time and energy.

9. You can claim an unused session for up to 3 months from the booking date. After this time the session is cancelled and unredeemable. 

All the above is so we can wok in a safe, open, loving space.
