Find a comfortable space where you can sit with a straight back and your feet connected to the ground.

Take 3 deep breaths, each time breathing deep into your stomach, your chest and your very being. Allowing each exhale to bring greater relaxation as you let go of all you no longer need.
As you breathe in, bring your attention to the soles of your feet. Imagine those thick roots coming out from the soles of your feet, travelling deep, deep into the earth, deep, all the way down until they reach the centre of the earth.
When you reach the centre of the earth, breathe in the energy and imagine that light travelling all the way up those roots to the soles of your feet. And from there to all parts of your body, spreading that warmth and light to every part of your being, cells, blood, muscles warmed and healed.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head, imagine up above you a bright sun. This bright sun is burning warm, golden light and this light reaches the top of your head. Now travelling all the way down your spine, your limbs, into your hands, your arms, your legs and down into the soles of your feet. Then all the way down those thick roots into the centre of the earth.
You breathe in this energy, this golden light. Feeling centred and healed.
Now you bring your attention to your chest area, and your heart. You start to connect to your heart beat, feeling deep into your heart. Become aware of how your heart feels? Does it feel tight, or painful, open and relaxed, warm or cold? Whatever you feel is totally fine,  just accept it as is without judgement.
Keep breathing deep into your heart and into your chest. And now that same warm energy you felt from the sun, from the centre of the earth is going to travel to your chest. It may help to imagine a candle or small flame in the chest area. This fire you will feed with the energy from the rest of your body. Keep breathing into your heart, into that flame in your chest, into that warmth, if you feel any resistance, accept it for the learning it is. Take a moment and then keep breathing into your chest and the heart. Breathing that warmth, feeding that flame. See in your minds eye that flame in your chest grow bigger and bigger till your chest is filled with the Fire of Love.
Now bring your attention to something/someone you Love deeply. This should be a pure Love, a Love that is unconditional and causes you only Joy when you think about them. No unrequited Love or regrets here. It could be a friend, it could be a pet, a parent, someone you have just met, an experience when you felt totally loved unconditionally. Focus on this person/event and breathe in the Love of it. Breathe in the safety of that Love. Breathe it deep into your heart. Keep breathing in this Love, this sensation for about 5-10 mins or however long feels right for you. Allow the feeling to deepen, allow whatever may need to come to the surface to do so, allow any emotion to reveal itself. Allow yourself to surrender to this majesty of Love in you.
Now allow this feeling that sits in your heart, this warmth to start to spread through your whole body, filling you with the energy of Love. And then allow this golden pink light to start to glow outside your body, until you find yourself sat in your own golden, pink bubble of light. A second skin of Love. Let the bubble shrink so it is a small bubble around you, affording protection and also nourishing you.
Then, when you feel ready, bring your awareness to the soles of your feet, those thick roots and the sensations around you. Bring gentle movement into your body and slowly open your eyes. Allow yourself to stay with the feelings you have just experienced during the course of your day.
And allow the Love that sits in you to infuse all you do.
